Terms of Service

These terms describe your responsibilities when using the Bijection website and hosted services.

Last updated September 30, 2026

1. Using Bijection

These terms apply to the Bijection website and hosted services we provide to you. By accepting these terms or using those services, you agree to them. If you use Bijection for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf, and “you” means that organization.

A separate signed agreement or accepted order with Bijection takes precedence over these terms wherever they conflict. That agreement identifies your service provider and any additional commercial or data-processing terms. These terms do not replace licenses that apply to open-source software you run yourself.

2. Accounts and authority

Give us accurate account information, protect your credentials and grant access only to authorized people. You are responsible for the users, programs and integrations you authorize. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke affected credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to:

  • break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • access data, accounts or systems without authorization;
  • distribute malicious software or deliberately disrupt a service;
  • evade access controls, usage limits or security protections;
  • submit content you have no right to provide or process.

Arrange any security testing of hosted services with us in advance. Report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@bijection.com without accessing or disclosing other users’ information.

4. Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of your content. You authorize us to host, process and transmit it as needed to provide the services you request, protect those services and comply with the law. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for that processing.

You choose which external systems to connect and which operations to authorize. Those providers’ terms also apply to their services. Review permissions and the consequences of an operation before enabling it.

Our website privacy policy and platform privacy notice describe how information is handled. Any agreed data-processing agreement governs the processing it covers.

5. Software and intellectual property

Bijection and its licensors retain their rights in the services, software and branding. You may use the hosted services for your authorized purposes under these terms and your order. No ownership of our software or trademarks transfers to you. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

6. Orders, fees and service commitments

Fees, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and any service-level or support commitments are those expressly agreed in your order or separate agreement. These terms alone do not enroll you in a paid subscription, authorize a charge or promise a service level. Contact us if those arrangements are unclear before starting paid use.

7. Availability and your decisions

Services can change, be interrupted or contain errors. Except for commitments in your separate agreement and rights that applicable law preserves, they are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Preview and evaluation features may change or be withdrawn.

Validate results, including AI-generated content, before relying on them. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for safeguards appropriate to your use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the services at any time; any payment or cancellation obligations in your order still apply. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it.

Before ending a hosted service, arrange the export or return of data you need. Retention and deletion are subject to your agreement and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to coordinate them; this page does not promise a particular retention or recovery period.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will identify the current version by the date above. We will give notice of material changes affecting an existing hosted-service relationship before they take effect, and obtain acceptance where required. Changes do not override a signed agreement or apply retroactively to a dispute.

Questions about these terms or your service agreement can be sent to hello@bijection.com.
