    2. The practice lead proposes a team.
    3. Assignments are created in the project tool once approved.

  • Change requests

    Starts: A client asks for more scope

    1. Preview the effect on budget, dates and staffing.
    2. The engagement lead approves or declines.
    3. Approved changes update the plan and the budget together.

  • Monthly billing

    Starts: The last working day of the month

    1. Collect approved time, expenses and reached milestones.
    2. Each invoice line keeps the entries behind it.
    3. The engagement lead reviews the draft before it is sent.

  • Timesheet reminders

    Starts: Friday afternoon
