The quarterly number is a Function. Not three exports.
Spend lives in the ad platforms, content in a drive, pipeline in the CRM. The quarterly number should not be a hand-built export.
The systems you already run, the objects your product declares, and the work your team gets back.
These marks name the kinds of system a source declaration reaches — a picture of the ecosystem, not a fixed menu, and nothing here implies a partnership.
Less rebuilding the report. More shipping the work.
The quarterly export, retired
Spend, sends and pipeline join through declared links, so the number is a Function anyone can run.
Stale claims become queryable
Each asset carries an owner, a claim and a review date, so superseded copy is a query.
Publishing carries its approval
A send or an ad set launches through an Action, and anything carrying a claim parks for review.
What teams build. On day one.
Four places this work turns into declared objects, governed reads, and reviewed changes.
Campaign brief
Spend, sends, published assets and accounts reached, gathered by one Function, each figure naming the system and version it came from.
Claim review
Copy asserting something about the product crosses an Action that parks: the approver reads the exact text and placements before release.
Claim sweep
A weekly Function lists every asset repeating a claim the product outgrew, and an Automation opens the rewrite as real work.
Launch sequencing
A launch is a Workflow: wait for approval, schedule the send, update the page — resuming itself instead of depending on a checklist owner.
How it runs. End to end.
The same path every product takes: connect what exists, declare what it means, then publish the reads and the changes.
- 01
Connect the tools that already own the work
Your ad platforms, CMS, marketing automation and CRM keep running. Bijection reads them and never writes back, on a schedule you set, so yesterday’s spend is a fixed version the report can cite instead of a counter that moved mid-sentence.
- 02
Declare the campaign, the asset and the claim
Model the things your team argues about — what counts as a campaign, what an asset asserts — once, in reviewed product source, so the definition stops varying by report.
- 03
Name the questions, gate the changes
The quarterly view, the freshness sweep and the channel breakdown become named Functions. Scheduling, publishing and launching become Actions that state their effects first and park for review wherever a claim is involved.
- 04
Let agents draft inside those limits
An agent reads the brief through the same Functions you do and proposes through the same Actions. Its authority never exceeds the person who delegated it, and a draft stays a proposal until a reviewed Action releases it.
Common questions.
No. Both keep owning what they own. Bijection captures them as sources and joins them to spend and pipeline, so the question that spans all three has one answer that names the version of each record behind it.
No. Bijection cannot invent a link a system never recorded, and a channel that dropped its parameters stays lost. What changes is that the definition you pick is written down once as a Function, returns the accounts behind the number, and is the one every dashboard and agent reads.
A model-backed Function can produce a draft with the inputs it was given attached. It has no opinion on whether the claim is true. Publishing still crosses an Action, and you choose which ones a person has to approve.
