Privacy policy
What this website, the contact form, our inbox and our hiring process receive, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.
Last updated September 28, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Bijection (“Bijection,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information from this website, the contact form, email and job applications. Services we link to have their own privacy policies.
How the Bijection platform handles customer data is described separately, in the platform privacy notice.
2. Information you provide
Contact form. When you send the form, we receive the name, work email, company and message you enter.
Email. When you write to us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach.
Job applications. When you apply, we receive your contact details, résumé, work history, work authorization, interview materials and anything else you send with the application.
3. Technical information
Our hosting and security providers process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. It is used to deliver and protect the website and to fix problems with it.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- reply to messages and product inquiries;
- consider job applications and talk to applicants;
- run, secure and fix the website;
- prevent abuse and investigate security or reliability issues;
- comply with the law and protect our rights and those of others.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Amazon Web Services hosts this website and stores contact form submissions. Other providers help us with email and recruitment. They process information for those purposes under their own terms and our agreements with them.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or systems, as part of a corporate transaction, or when you ask us to.
6. Retention
The copy of a contact form submission stored by the website is deleted automatically 180 days after it is sent. Other information, including emails and applications, is kept only as long as we need it to reply, consider an application, keep business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial or confidential information through the contact form or by email unless we have agreed on a suitable channel first.
8. International processing
Contact form submissions are stored in the United States. We and our providers may process other information in countries other than yours, where data-protection rules can differ. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal information, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To make a request, email contact@bijection.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
This website and our jobs are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the website, our providers or our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions about this policy go to contact@bijection.com.
