Saved views and graphs used to belong to whoever made them. Starting today, you can share either one with the people who need it, and choose what each of them can do.
Viewer and Editor
Open the share menu on any saved view or graph and add people by name. A Viewer sees the view exactly as you saved it, with the same filters, columns and layout. An Editor can change it, and their changes are what every other recipient sees next.
You can also share with every member of the workspace in one step. New members get access as soon as they join, so a team dashboard never needs to be re-shared.
Graphs keep their presentation
A shared graph carries its presentation with it: per-type styles, notes and groups. Whoever opens it sees the same picture you arranged, not a fresh layout of the same objects.
Members can keep up to eight named graph styles in their preferences and apply them to any graph they can edit.
Access follows the data
Sharing a view never widens access to the objects underneath it. Each viewer still sees only the rows and properties their own permissions allow, so a shared view can safely reach people with different levels of access.
Get started
Sharing is available in every workspace today. Open a saved view, choose Share, and add the people who should see it.
